Subscription Management

Upgrade or Downgrade

  • You can change your plan anytime from the Paddle billing section or mail to: support@outx.ai
  • Upgrades apply immediately.
  • Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time using either method: Method 1: Via Paddle Billing Portal
  1. Log in to your OutX account
  2. Go to Settings → Billing
  3. Click Manage Subscription (opens Paddle billing portal)
  4. Click Cancel Subscription
Method 2: Via Email
  • Send an email to support@outx.ai from your registered email requesting cancellation
After cancellation:
  • Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged from the next billing cycle
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time
  • Your data remains accessible until the billing period ends

Q1: Is there a free plan? Yes. OutX.ai offers a Free Personal Branding plan.

A credit card is required, but you are not charged unless you upgrade.
Q2: Is there a free trial? Yes. All paid plans include a 7-day free trial with full access. A credit card is required. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Q3: Why is a credit card required? To prevent abuse and ensure uninterrupted access. No charges are made during the free plan or trial.
Q4: What are OutX credits? Credits are used to:
  • Export Sales Navigator leads
  • Find and verify emails
1 lead or 1 email equals 1 credit.
Q5: Can I use Social Listening on the free plan? No. Social Listening features require a paid plan. The free plan is limited to Personal Branding.
Q6: Can I add team members? Yes.
  • Free plan: up to 2 members
  • Paid plans: 5 to 50 members, depending on the plan
Q7: Do free plans include Slack alerts? No. Slack alerts are available on Expert and Ultimate plans only.
Q8: Can I export data on the free plan? No CSV exports on the free plan. API access is available with limits.
Q9: Can I cancel anytime? Yes, you can cancel at any time. Once canceled, you won’t be billed from the next billing cycle. To cancel, just email us at support@outx.ai.
Q10: Can I upgrade later? Yes. You can upgrade anytime. Downgrades apply next billing cycle.
Q11: Do I need LinkedIn Sales Navigator for the scraper? Yes. An active LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscription is required.
Q12: Do you offer custom or agency plans? Yes. Custom and agency plans are available on request.
